Welcome to Bwatche. By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our website.

1. Transit Damage

Bwatche takes great care to ensure that all products are securely packaged before shipment. However, we cannot guarantee the condition of products during transit.

In the event of transit damage:

  • Customers must report the damage to Bwatche within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photographic evidence of the damaged product and original packaging must be provided.

  • All claims will be reviewed, and if approved, Bwatche will provide a replacement for the damaged part only.

Full product replacements or refunds will not be issued for transit-related damage.

2. Returns Policy

All sales are final. Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective upon arrival.

  • The defect is reported within 7 days of receipt.

If these conditions are met:

  • Bwatche will replace the defective part only.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be processed.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be made before the order is shipped.

  • Approved refunds will be issued minus transaction and warehouse handling fees.

Once an order has been shipped, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

4. Shipping and Delivery Times

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within approximately 2–7 business days.

Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery: 5–15 days

  • Delays: Delivery may take up to 90 days due to factors beyond our control, including customs clearance, carrier delays, or natural events.

Tracking

  • Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped.

Bwatche is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payments are processed securely through our authorized payment gateways.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment information.

  • Any payment disputes must be addressed directly with our support team at infos@bwatche.com 

6. Pricing and Taxes

  • All prices displayed on our website are final and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Any additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

7. Product Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However:

  • Colors and details may vary slightly due to screen settings.

  • Wclocks does not guarantee that all product descriptions or content are completely error-free.

If a product significantly differs from its description, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

8. Warranty

Bwatche provides a 1-year warranty on the following products:

  • Clocks

  • Watches

  • Watch winders

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and requires proof of purchase and photographic evidence.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Accidental damage or misuse

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

Accessories and books do not carry a warranty unless explicitly stated.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Bwatche website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the exclusive property of Wclocks and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

10. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • BWATCHE (or replace with your brand name) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

  • Our total liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

12. User Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

  • BWATCHE is not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

BWATCHE reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon being published on our website. Customers are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BWATCHE operates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
